Let me guess: You maxed out your contrast, and thats why there's a green splotch in the upper left corner. and the reason you did that is because it was too underexposed.
The blue scribbles at the bottom seem arbitrary, although I know you were trying to make the black space at the bottom more interesting. What the blue lines do it divert attention away from what should be the focus of your photo-the birds.
You put a border with a title on it, which is nice. Nice for this photo, I'm not sure.
